Account Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description: Lifesum, a leading health and wellness company, is seeking a remote Account Support Associate to join our team. As a part-time employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, assisting with account management, and supporting our sales team.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with setting up and managing their accounts - Work closely with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities and provide support - Conduct research on industry trends and competitor analysis - Create presentations and reports for clients and internal stakeholders - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or account management - Passionate about health and wellness - Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service - Strong presentation skills - Excellent research abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace - Must be located in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, Sweden
