Job Description - Remote Account Support Manager

Koenigsegg Automotive AB is seeking a talented and experienced Remote Account Support Manager to join our team in Göteborg, Sweden. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for managing and supporting key customer accounts remotely.


**Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts - Provide exceptional customer support and ensure client satisfaction - Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs and issues - Manage account progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders - Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities - Prepare reports and presentations for management - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures


**Requirements:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in account management or customer support - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong people management skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Reliable and adaptable to changing priorities - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
