Job Description: Quinyx is seeking a part-time Account Support Manager to join our team in Uppsala, Sweden. As an Associate Level Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and the ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for our clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests - Provide training and support to clients on our software platform - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention - Work closely with internal teams to address client issues and escalate as needed - Monitor client accounts and proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Collaborate with the Sales team to identify potential growth opportunities - Provide feedback to the product development team to improve the user experience
Requirements: - 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in account management or customer support - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Hardworking and passionate individual with a positive attitude - Persuasion and adaptability skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
