Northvolt is seeking a skilled and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in account management or customer support roles.
As an Account Support Manager at Northvolt, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, developing strong relationships with clients, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. You will serve as the primary point of contact for any issues or questions that may arise, and work closely with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and deliver solutions in a timely manner.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, serving as their primary point of contact within the company - Understand customer needs and requirements, and ensure they are being met through our products and services - Manage account renewal and retention processes, including contract negotiations and upselling opportunities - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products, resolve customer issues, and address any concerns - Develop account plans and strategies to drive growth and increase customer satisfaction - Analyze account performance and provide regular reports and updates to management - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in customer support and account management
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in account management or customer support roles - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Independent and reliable work ethic - People management and project management skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
