Job Description - Account Support Manager

Job Description:


Paradox Interactive is seeking a part-time Account Support Manager to join our team in Uppsala, SE. As an Associate Level employee with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for providing support to our key accounts and ensuring successful relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will be independent, adaptable, possess strong leadership skills, and excel in strategic planning.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts - Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management - Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to meet sales targets and objectives - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business development - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of client initiatives


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 5+ years of experience in account management or a similar role - Strong leadership and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Prior experience in the gaming industry is a plus
