Job Description - Account Support Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and adaptable Account Support Manager to join our team at Tink in Uppsala, SE. As an Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring the overall success of our accounts. This is a part-time position with a seniority level that requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain relationships with key clients - Serve as the main point of contact for any account-related inquiries or issues - Provide exceptional customer support to ensure client satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns - Analyze account performance and identify areas for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and growth - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients - Assist in the onboarding process for new clients and provide training as needed


Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in an account support or account management role - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities - Experience working with CRM systems and other account management tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
