Job Description - Remote Account Support Manager

Job Description:


Thule Group is seeking a part-time Remote Account Support Manager to join our team in Uppsala, SE. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be confident, motivated, have excellent cooperation skills, and possess exceptional problem-solving abilities.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and support key client accounts remotely, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. 2. Identify and address client needs, acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams. 3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service. 4. Analyze account performance and provide strategic recommendations for improvement. 5. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive account growth and revenue. 6. Monitor account activity and provide regular reports to management.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in account management or customer support. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong organizational and time management abilities. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Ability to work independently and remotely.
