Job Description - Account Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Thule Group is seeking a part-time Account Support Manager to join our team and work remotely from home. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in account management, you will play a key role in supporting our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and developing solutions to meet them - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client deliverables are met and exceeded - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends - Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management - Work closely with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities - Provide training and support to clients on product usage and features - Act as a brand ambassador and advocate for Thule Group in all client interactions


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - 8+ years of experience in account management or a similar role - Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and exceeding targets - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong teamwork and collaboration skills - Ability to conduct market research and analyze data - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Experience working remotely and managing a flexible schedule
