Remote Account Support Officer

Job Description:

Camfil is looking for a Remote Account Support Officer to join our team in Stockholm, SE. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The Remote Account Support Officer will be responsible for providing support to clients and managing their accounts remotely.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online chat to address their inquiries and concerns - Manage client accounts and ensure all information is up to date - Provide technical support to clients as needed - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required

Requirements: - Resourceful and adaptable personality traits - Strong people management and time management skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
