Account Support Officer

Evolution Gaming is seeking a motivated and energetic Account Support Officer to join our team in Malmö, SE. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. - Provide ongoing support to clients, helping to resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and efficient manner. - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and ensure smooth communication. - Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and industry trends. - Assist in the development of strategic account plans to drive growth and meet revenue targets. - Prepare reports and presentations for management and clients as needed.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven experience in account management or customer support. - Creativity and attention to detail. - Ability to conduct research and analyze data effectively.
