Account Support Officer

Job Description:

Saab Group is seeking an Account Support Officer to join our team in Göteborg, Sweden. This part-time position is perfect for entry-level professionals who are looking to kickstart their career in the aerospace and defense industry. As an Account Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our account managers and ensuring the smooth operation of our client accounts.

Responsibilities: - Assist account managers in creating and maintaining client relationships - Coordinate with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer service - Manage and organize account documentation and information - Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings - Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to the team - Assist with marketing and promotional activities to support client accounts

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field - 1 year of experience in a customer service or account management role - Hardworking and energetic personality traits - Strong presentation and emotional intelligence skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
