Remote Account Support Officer

Job Description:

Camfil is seeking a part-time Remote Account Support Officer to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. As an Associate Level Account Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner - Providing product information and support to clients - Managing customer accounts and ensuring accuracy of information - Resolving customer issues and escalating to the appropriate teams when necessary - Assisting with sales support and coordination of orders - Collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience and satisfaction - Maintaining a positive and proactive attitude towards customer interactions - Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and goals

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or account support - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Motivated and adaptable personality traits - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
