Job Description - Remote Account Support Officer

Job Description:


Skanska is seeking a Remote Account Support Officer to join our team based in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. As an Entry Level Account Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients remotely. This part-time position is ideal for individuals who are confident, reliable, and possess strong teamwork and strategic planning skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address account inquiries and provide support. 2. Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and technical issues. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client needs are met and exceed customer expectations. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 6. Support the development of customer retention strategies. 7. Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer needs and preferences. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to account support.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 6. Prior experience in customer service or account support is a plus. 7. Must be confident, reliable, and possess strong teamwork and strategic planning skills.
