Account Support Officer - Work from home

Trustly is looking for a confident and motivated Account Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to key client accounts, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. 2. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues. 3. Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and growth. 4. Assist in negotiation and contract renewal processes with clients. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Excellent analytical skills to assess client needs and trends. 4. Ability to negotiate effectively and build strong relationships with clients. 5. Proven track record of success in a client support role. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
