Account Support Officer - Work from home

Husqvarna Group is seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Account Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis with the flexibility to work from home. As an Associate Level position, we require at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional support to key accounts, ensuring all inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate account activities and develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention - Prepare and analyze reports on account performance, sales trends, and market data to identify opportunities for growth - Assist in the development and implementation of account plans and strategies to meet revenue targets - Maintain accurate records of account interactions and transactions in our CRM system - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations to support business objectives

Requirements: - Proven experience in account management or customer support roles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Resourceful and adaptable with a proactive approach to challenges - Demonstrated cooperation and planning skills
