Account Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Epiroc, a leading manufacturer of mining and infrastructure equipment, is seeking a part-time Account Support Officer to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län, Sweden. This position offers the flexibility to work from home and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive support to the account management team in managing customer accounts - Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports for clients - Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for business growth - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions - Assist in organizing and attending customer meetings and events - Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in account management or customer support - Strong analytical and research skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Adaptable and motivated personality
