Account Support Representative

Job Description:

Essity, a leading global hygiene and health company, is seeking a motivated and hardworking Account Support Representative to join our team in Göteborg, Sweden. As an Associate level position, the Account Support Representative will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the satisfaction of our key accounts.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to our key accounts, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner. 2. Assist the sales team with order processing, logistics coordination, and account management tasks. 3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends. 4. Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing and finance to support the overall sales strategy. 5. Prepare sales reports and presentations for management review. 6. Assist with the organization of sales events, trade shows, and customer meetings. 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the B2B sector. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 6. Excellent planning and organizational skills. 7. Innovative mindset and willingness to learn. 8. Fluency in English and Swedish.
