Remote Account Support Representative

Job Description:

Oatly is seeking a motivated and resourceful Remote Account Support Representative to join our team in Uppsala, SE. As an Associate Level professional with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch account support to our clients remotely.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with the sales team to develop and maintain strong customer relationships - Provide product information, pricing, and delivery details to clients as needed - Process orders, track shipments, and handle any issues that may arise during the fulfillment process - Assist with account management tasks, including generating reports, analyzing data, and identifying opportunities for growth - Conduct virtual presentations and negotiations with clients to drive sales and achieve revenue targets - Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions with customers and colleagues

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Proven ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Previous experience in account management or customer support - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Flexible schedule to accommodate remote work hours
