Account Support Representative

Job Description:

As an Account Support Representative at Daniel Wellington, you will be responsible for providing superior customer service to our clients. Your main duties will include managing and resolving customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Process orders and provide product information to customers - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with sales team to address customer concerns and provide solutions - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or sales support role - Strong communication skills and customer service orientation - Confidence and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proven track record of innovation and critical thinking - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Hardworking and detail-oriented mindset
