Account Support Representative

Peak Performance, a leading technology company in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE, is seeking a part-time Account Support Representative to join our team at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess the following personality traits: adaptable and independent. Additionally, the candidate should have strong soft skills in negotiation and presentation.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional support to key accounts, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for any inquiries or issues - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and develop solutions to meet their needs - Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive revenue growth - Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 4+ years of experience in account management or sales support - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
