Account Support Representative

Job Description:

Snow Software is currently seeking a part-time Account Support Representative to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. As an Associate Level role, we require a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in a similar position. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and motivated, with a knack for creativity and strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts - Assist customers with any inquiries, issues, or technical support needs - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer needs are met and revenue targets are achieved - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services - Provide input on product improvements based on customer feedback - Attend regular training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a customer support or account management role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
