Remote Account Support Representative

Job Description:

Axis Communications is seeking a Remote Account Support Representative to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. This is a part-time entry-level position that requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, motivated, possess emotional intelligence and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide customer support through phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and account management - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or account support - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Adaptable and motivated personality - Emotional intelligence and critical thinking skills
