Account Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Cellink is seeking a motivated and dedicated Account Support Representative to join our team. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information - Work closely with the sales team to support their efforts and provide excellent customer service - Utilize problem-solving and decision-making skills to address complex customer situations - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their needs - Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and streamline operations - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and retention goals - Provide regular reports on customer interactions and feedback for analysis

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a customer service or account support role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred - Motivated and dedicated with a passion for customer service - Equal opportunity employer
