Job Description:
As an Account Support Specialist at Storytel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our account management processes. You will be responsible for managing customer accounts, providing support to account managers, and ensuring that all client inquiries are addressed in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for monitoring account activity, generating reports, and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Responsibilities: - Assist account managers in maintaining client relationships and managing accounts - Respond to client inquiries and provide support via email, phone, and in-person meetings - Monitor account activity and proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services - Generate reports and analyze data to track account performance and identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues in a timely manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide the highest level of support to clients - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in account management or customer support - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptable and able to work independently - Leadership skills and the ability to think critically - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Experience in the digital media or publishing industry is a plus
