Job Description - Account Support Specialist


Job Description:


Tetra Pak is seeking a part-time Account Support Specialist to join our team in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. As an Associate Level member of our team with at least 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing key support to our account management team in ensuring a seamless customer experience.


Responsibilities: 1. Assist account managers in maintaining relationships with clients and ensuring customer satisfaction. 2. Coordinate with internal departments to address customer needs and resolve issues in a timely manner. 3. Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to clients highlighting their account performance. 4. Manage and update customer databases and CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of account strategies to drive revenue growth. 6. Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and provide solutions or escalate issues as needed. 7. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support account growth and retention efforts.


Requirements: 1. Independent and resourceful personality traits with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. 2. Strong emotional intelligence and ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. 3. Innovative mindset with a willingness to take calculated risks to drive progress. 4. Prior experience in account management or customer support roles preferred. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
