Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and resilient Account Support Specialist to join our team at Shopify in Malmö, Sweden. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The Account Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients, assisting them with account-related inquiries and issues.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries regarding their accounts - Assist clients with account setup, account maintenance, and troubleshooting any technical issues - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide timely and effective solutions to customer problems - Help to identify and implement innovative strategies to improve account support processes - Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and special projects as needed - Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up
Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a customer support or account management role - Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools - Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment - Innovative mindset and a passion for finding creative solutions to customer problems - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment - Must be motivated, resilient, and have a strong sense of teamwork
