Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

Storytel is seeking an Account Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Göteborg. As an Account Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and assisting with various account-related tasks. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a customer support role.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and providing timely and accurate information - Assisting with account setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting - Managing customer accounts and ensuring data accuracy - Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues - Providing product recommendations and information to customers - Conducting regular account reviews to identify opportunities for improvement - Supporting the sales team with account-related tasks - Assisting with the processing of customer orders and payments - Providing feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions - Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer support role - Resilient and independent personality traits - Strong decision-making skills - Ability to manage relationships with customers effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Detail-oriented and organized approach to work - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer support software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
