Account Support Specialist

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated Account Support Specialist to join our team at Sinch in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. As an Account Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our clients, assisting with account management, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a part-time entry-level position with the potential for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist in account management tasks such as onboarding new clients, processing orders, and resolving issues - Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential upsell opportunities - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall business objectives

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or account management role - Confident and driven personality - Strong emotional intelligence and leadership skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
