Account Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Account Support Specialist to join our team at Cellink. This is a part-time remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level professional with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and assisting them with any account-related inquiries.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and providing solutions in a timely manner - Monitor and maintain client accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information - Assist in onboarding new clients and providing training on our products and services - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Prepare reports and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate billing and payment processing

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in account management or customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Reliable and resourceful with a proactive approach to problem-solving - Strong planning and creativity skills
