Job Description: Oatly is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Call Center Assistant to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Call Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will act as the first point of contact for all incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Provide product information, pricing details, and delivery information to customers - Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues as needed - Process customer orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery - Maintain customer records and update information in the CRM system - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service experience - Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve customer satisfaction - Meet and exceed customer service goals and KPIs
Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Resourceful and adaptable to changing situations - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers and resolve issues - Innovative mindset to propose creative solutions and improve processes - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
