Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

Tink is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Call Center Assistant to join our team in Uppsala, SE. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Call Center Assistant will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution. 3. Provide support to the sales team by entering orders and updating customer information in the database. 4. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions and concerns. 7. Handle escalated calls with patience and understanding, striving to achieve customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively convey information over the phone. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 5. Strong cooperation skills to collaborate with team members and departments. 6. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software. 7. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
