Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Call Center Assistant to join our team at Tetra Pak in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through phone interactions.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and clients in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, provide product information, and address concerns or complaints. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. 6. Provide feedback to management on customer trends, issues, and potential improvements.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong planning and time management skills. 4. Energetic and motivated personality, with a passion for delivering quality service. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism. 6. Proficiency in relevant computer applications and software.
