Call Center Assistant

Job Description:

NEVS, a leading company in Uppsala, is seeking a motivated and driven Call Center Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level employee with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Processing orders, resolving customer issues, and providing product information. 3. Making outbound calls to follow up on leads and secure sales. 4. Conducting research to gather information on products and services to better assist customers. 5. Negotiating with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. 6. Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs and concerns. 7. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong negotiation skills and ability to think critically. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Motivated and driven individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Ability to conduct research and gather information efficiently.
