Evolution Gaming is seeking a Remote Call Center Assistant to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
As a Remote Call Center Assistant, your responsibilities will include: - Handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, issues, and troubleshooting - Providing excellent customer service and support, ensuring a positive customer experience - Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate team members - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies - Collaborating with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following personality traits: reliable and motivated. Additionally, strong presentation and analysis skills are required as part of the soft skills for this position.
