Call Center Assistant - Work from home

Job Description: AstraZeneca is seeking a Call Center Assistant to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län. This is a part-time, entry-level position that can be done from the comfort of your own home. As a Call Center Assistant, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls and emails from customers, providing them with excellent customer service, and assisting them with their inquiries and concerns.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and concerns - Provide information about products and services - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed quality and productivity goals - Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a harmonious workplace environment

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Driven and reliable personality traits - Analytical and cooperation soft skills - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications - Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required - Must be able to work from home and have a quiet, professional work environment - Must be eligible to work in Sweden
