Call Center Assistant - Work from home

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and adaptable Call Center Assistant to join our team at ASSA ABLOY. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. As an entry-level position, no prior experience in a call center is required, but at least 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or provide information - Assist customers with product knowledge and troubleshooting - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner - Update customer information in the database - Work with the team to achieve call center goals and targets - Adhere to company policies and procedures - Provide innovative solutions to improve customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Strong communication skills - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - High school diploma or equivalent - Must have a dedicated workspace with a reliable internet connection - Must be adaptable to changing work environments and schedules
