Remote Call Center Associate

Job Description:

Getinge Group is currently seeking a Remote Call Center Associate to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. This is a part-time position at an Associate Level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients. 3. Assist with resolving customer inquiries, issues, and escalations. 4. Utilize CRM software to accurately document and track customer interactions. 5. Collaborate with team members and management to improve processes and procedures. 6. Meet and exceed performance goals and metrics set by the company.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and independent personality traits. 2. Strong planning and time management skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Ability to work effectively in a remote setting. 5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
