Job Description: Tink is seeking a part-time Call Center Associate to join our dynamic team in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. As a Call Center Associate at Tink, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Making outbound calls to follow up with customers and provide assistance as needed. 3. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Resolving customer complaints and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members. 5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Providing product and service information to customers. 7. Following company policies and procedures to uphold a high standard of customer service. 8. Meeting individual and team performance goals.
Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Hardworking and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. 3. Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in data analysis to identify trends and improve customer service processes. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes. 7. Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts as needed.
