Call Center Associate - Work from home

Kivra, a leading digital communication platform based in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE, is seeking a Call Center Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home. As an Entry Level role, we welcome candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective communication with customers - Follow standard operating procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions - Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction through active listening, problem-solving, and empathy

Requirements: - Energetic and driven personality traits to effectively engage with customers and maintain a positive attitude - Strong problem-solving skills to address customer issues and find appropriate solutions - Ability to work cooperatively with team members to achieve common goals and deliver exceptional customer service - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English - Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications for data entry and customer interaction
