Call Center Associate - Work from home

We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Call Center Associate to join our team at Husqvarna Group in Stockholm, SE. As a part-time employee working from home, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information - Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet and exceed daily performance metrics and goals - Utilize effective communication and problem-solving skills to assist customers

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills - Strong people management and leadership skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team - Strong computer skills and proficiency in CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent
