As the Call Center Manager at Sandvik, located in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of our call center team. This part-time position is at a mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of call center representatives to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the call center operations. 3. Monitor and analyze call center metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 4. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and ensure the smooth functioning of the call center. 6. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the call center operations. 7. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
