Job Description:
Peak Performance is seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team in Uppsala. As a part-time position at the mid-to-senior level, this role requires at least 7 years of experience in call center management. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, independent, and possess strong critical thinking and planning skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Oversee the daily operations of the call center, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity in the call center. 3. Train and coach call center staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. 4. Analyze call center metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. 5. Drive employee engagement and retention through effective communication and leadership. 6. Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience and achieve business goals. 7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in call center management.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven track record of success in call center management. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure. 5. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 6. Proficiency in call center software and CRM systems. 7. Understanding of call center KPIs and metrics. 8. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
