Job Description - Call Center Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Call Center Manager to join our team at Volvo Group in Stockholm, SE. As a mid-to-senior level manager, the ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the call center, ensuring efficient performance and excellent customer service - Develop and implement strategies to improve call center productivity and efficiency - Monitor individual and team performance metrics, providing coaching and feedback as needed - Handle escalated customer calls and resolve complex issues in a professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders - Lead and motivate a team of call center agents, providing guidance and support as needed - Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement training programs to enhance skills and knowledge - Utilize call center software and tools to optimize operations and ensure data accuracy - Prepare reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred) - Proven experience as a Call Center Manager or similar role - Strong leadership and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in call center software and tools - Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
