Job Description:
Husqvarna Group is seeking a passionate and dedicated Call Center Manager to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As a mid-to-senior level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in call center management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage a team of call center agents to ensure exceptional customer service and meet performance goals. 2. Develop and implement call center strategies to improve efficiency and productivity. 3. Monitor and analyze call center metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 4. Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and performance. 5. Conduct regular performance reviews and create development plans for team members. 6. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration. 7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously innovate and improve call center operations.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Proven experience in call center management, with a track record of driving results. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Ability to persuade and influence others to achieve organizational goals. 5. Innovative thinker with a passion for customer service. 6. Proficiency in call center technology and software. 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 8. Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
