Job Description:
Trustly is seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Stockholm, SE. As a Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our customer service call center, managing a team of customer service representatives, and ensuring excellent customer experience and satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives in a remote call center environment. 2. Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics, including call volume, average handle time, and customer satisfaction ratings. 3. Develop and implement strategies to improve call center efficiency and productivity. 4. Provide training and coaching to customer service representatives to enhance their skills and performance. 5. Handle escalated customer service issues and ensure timely resolution. 6. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate responses to customer inquiries and concerns. 7. Maintain accurate records of call center activities and prepare reports for management. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management.
Requirements: 1. 7 years of experience in call center management or a related field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Energetic and reliable personality traits. 4. Strong presentation and leadership skills. 5. Ability to work independently and remotely. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
