Call Center Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Trustly is seeking a motivated and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home. As a Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our call center, ensuring efficient and effective communication with customers and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of call center agents, providing guidance, support, and feedback. 2. Develop and implement performance metrics to optimize the productivity and quality of the call center. 3. Monitor call center operations to ensure service level agreements are met. 4. Analyze data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and enhance the customer experience. 6. Train and onboard new call center agents, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.

Requirements: 1. 5 years of experience in a call center environment. 2. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 5. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 6. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet. 7. Team-oriented mindset and a willingness to collaborate with others.
