Call Center Officer

Job Description: Happy Socks is seeking a passionate and reliable Call Center Officer to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. This part-time position is perfect for entry-level candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from customers and assist with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or provide updates on orders - Maintain accurate customer records and information in the company database - Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive solutions to customer issues - Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience

Requirements: - Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Reliable and dedicated to meeting and exceeding performance targets - Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues - Attention to detail and ability to accurately record information - Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English - Knowledge of call center technology and software is a plus
