As a Call Center Officer at Aspiro in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers and addressing their inquiries or concerns - Making outbound calls to follow up with customers or to conduct surveys - Resolving customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Providing accurate information to customers regarding products or services - Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Updating customer records in the database accurately - Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
