Call Center Officer

As a Call Center Officer at Aspiro in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. This part-time role at the Associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers and addressing their inquiries or concerns - Making outbound calls to follow up with customers or to conduct surveys - Resolving customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Providing accurate information to customers regarding products or services - Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Updating customer records in the database accurately - Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - Resourceful and hardworking individual who is dedicated to providing excellent customer service - Strong people management skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathize with customers - Attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and information dissemination - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Proficiency in using call center software and Microsoft Office applications - High school diploma or equivalent
