Call Center Officer

Job Description:

ASSA ABLOY, a global leader in access solutions, is seeking a part-time Call Center Officer to join our team in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls from customers regarding product inquiries, orders, and complaints - Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Communicate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member - Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge - Work collaboratively with team members to achieve department goals

Requirements: - Independent and resilient personality traits - Strong communication skills - Ability to innovate and find creative solutions to customer inquiries - Previous experience in a call center or customer service role - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Excellent multitasking and time management skills
