Call Center Officer

Job Description:

Polestar is seeking a dynamic and adaptable Call Center Officer to join our team in Uppsala, SE on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or call center environments.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. 3. Handle and resolve customer complaints in a calm and empathetic manner. 4. Provide product information to customers and assist with order processing. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with team members to achieve call center objectives and goals. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements: 1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 2. Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations with empathy and professionalism. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. 4. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 5. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role. 6. Adaptability and a willingness to learn new processes and systems. 7. Must be driven and motivated to exceed customer expectations.
